Sauna Cairngorms Cancellation & No-Show Policy

General Policy (for all bookings)

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your session: Eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your session: Non-refundable but wwe will do our best to reschedule you.

Rescheduling Policy

More than 48 hours before your session: You may reschedule free of charge.
Less than 48 hours before your session: Rescheduling can be made up to 24 hours before the appointment or you can contact hello@saunacairngorms.co.uk and we will do our best to accommodate you.

No-shows Policy

No-shows cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

Bad Weather Policy

If the sauna remains operational: Sessions will continue regardless of weather conditions. No refunds or rescheduling will be allowed unless a weather warning is issued. If there is a Met Office weather warning affecting our location: You may request a voucher for the full amount, valid for 12 months, if you inform us by 4 PM the day before your session.

If Sauna Cairngorms cancels your session (due to staff illness, extreme weather, or maintenance issues): You will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be sent via email to hello@saunacairngorms.com with the following details:
Full Name
Email Address
Date & Time of Booking
Preferred Option (refund, reschedule, or voucher if eligible)

We do not accept cancellations via social media or phone calls
